Sebastian Cove Phase I & II

Prince delivered 31 single family home lots at Sebastian Cove, a residential development in Northeast Florida. Sebastian Cove is located in St. Augustine, Florida one-half mile from State Road 16. The project included clearing and grubbing, grading, drainage, flexible paving, hot plant mixed bituminous structural and surface courses, grassing, pavement markings, roadway signing, and utilities.

Lofts @ Sebastian Cove

Prince completed the site infrastructure for 19 condominium buildings at the Lofts at Sebastian Cove, a residential development in Northeast Florida. Sebastian Cove is located in St. Augustine, Florida one-half mile from State Road 16. The project included clearing and grubbing, grading, drainage, flexible paving, hot plant mixed bituminous structural and surface courses, grassing, pavement markings, roadway signing, and utilities.

Dubsdread Golf Course

In 2007 Prince completed a total renovation of Dubsdread, originally built in 1924. This historic course, located in Orlando’s College Park neighborhood, was renovated to bring the golf facilities up to 21st century standard and improve the surrounding areas stormwater treatment quality and capacity. On this City of Orlando project Prince’s crews performed the clearing, earthmoving, shaping, and grassing work as well as the installation of the irrigation system.

Glen St. Johns

Prince delivered 203 single family home lots at Glen St. Johns, a residential development in Northeast Florida. Glen St. Johns is located in St. Johns County, Florida one mile from CR 210. The project included clearing and grubbing, grading, drainage, flexible paving, hot plant mixed bituminous structural and surface courses, grassing, pavement markings, roadway signing, and utilities.

Aberdeen

On December 5, 2005, Prince commenced work at Aberdeen, a large site infrastructure development in Northwest St. Johns County. The development consists of more than 160 acres of land. At the project’s completion, which is estimated for December 2006, Prince will have delivered 494 single family lots, 4 miles of new roadway, utilities (sanitary and sewer), and the excavation of 280,000 cubic yards of dirt from surrounding lakes.

Durbin Crossing South

Prince broke ground on the Durbin Crossing South Development in Northwest St. Johns County on November 1, 2005. Phase one of the development consists of a 158-acre residential parcel slated for 374 single family lots. Final completion for this phase is projected for October 2006. At build out, the Durbin Crossing development will have more than 2,000 single family homes, 170,000 square feet of commercial and office space, a school site, a fire station and parks.

Providence Development

On August 2, 2004, Prince was awarded Phase One of the Providence Residential and Golf Course Community in Loughman, Fla. This large site development project is located on approximately 1,000 acres in Osceola County. Prince’s work for phase one included moving 2,125,680 cubic yards of dirt, constructing 1.9 miles of entrance boulevard and building a new Michael Dasher designed 9-hole golf course. Prince has subsequently been awarded four additional subdivisions within the development (548 single family home lots), as well as the Master Drainage and Raw Water Main and the site work for the development’s Club House.

Mallard Pond

Prince signed the contract for Mallard Pond on December 7, 2005. This site infrastructure project is located in the City of St. Cloud and consists of 125 lots on approximately 45 acres of land. Prince is constructing 1.5 miles of roadway, 3,500 linear feet of Drainage and more than 15,000 feet of utilities, including water, sewer and reclaimed water. Three ponds will also be constructed on site and Prince will import more than 350,000 tons of fill material during the duration of this project.

Grove Park

Prince commenced construction at Grove Park on August 16, 2005. Grove Park is a residential development located in Orange County. The scope of work for Grove Park consists of 133 single family home lots, earthwork, utilities and roadway construction.

Heritage Landing

In 2003, Prince teamed up with D.R. Horton for a new multi-phased, 1,150 single family home site development located on approximately 680 acres near the prestigious World Golf Village Community in St. Augustine, Florida. For phase 1, Prince delivered 338 single family lot pads. Phase 2, which was completed on time despite the unusually active 2004 hurricane season, included 271 single family lots and phase 3 consisted of 358 single family lots and three miles of new roadway. Heritage Landing's final phase, phase 4, broke ground in November 2005 and includes the site infrastructure for 186 single family lots.

Solivita

Since 1999, Prince has completed 10 phases of Avatar Properties Inc.’s award winning Solivita development. The Solivita Retirement Community consists of more than 2,000 single family home sites. Along with the grading, paving, drainage, grassing and utilities for the subdivision, Prince has also constructed the new 18-hole golf course, Stonegate Golf Course, and has recently completed four more holes within Solivita Phase 1D and 1E. One of Solivita’s many awards includes the 2001 Grand Aurora Award for Best Residential Development over 501 acres.

Ironwood

Prince delivered 218 single family home lots as well as the site infrastructure for 46 town home buildings at Ironwood, a residential development in Northeast Florida. Ironwood is located in Jacksonville, Florida one mile from J. Turner Butler Boulevard.

Samara Lakes

Prince delivered 211 single family home lots for Phase I of the Samara Lakes Subdivision located one mile from World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida. Prince moved 382,000 cubic yards of dirt and constructed two and a half miles of roadway in the 75 acre Samara Lakes parcel. The work also included the installation of 7,228 linear feet of storm drainage, 8,618 linear feet of sanitary sewer with a pump station, 2,520 linear feet of force main and 10,241 linear feet of water main.

Marriott Grand Lakes

The resort is situated on 500 acres of tropical landscaping in Orlando, Florida. Prince’s work included the clearing, earthwork, paving, drainage, grassing and utilities for the resort, plus an additional 400 hundred acres of future buildings and commerce areas.
