Innovative Project Delivery

Prince has specialized in infrastructure construction across Florida for nearly three decades. Prince has the capability, capacity, and experience to successfully take part in Public Private Partnerships (PPP) in Florida and throughout the Southeast.

With an estimated infrastructure funding gap of $1.6 trillion, the United States is increasingly looking toward Public Private Partnerships as an instrument to help close its funding gap and get much needed infrastructure improvements underway. With Prince’s experience and relationships with regional infrastructure authorities and SDC’s background in Public Private Partnerships, we are positioned to be strong partners as the PPP market strengthens locally and regionally.
